Joy in the morning

Oh! the brightness of the mountain, Joy in the morning
Lands that have laid darkness, Sunshine in the morning
Brings Joy, hush by the sorrow, stress breaks the joy
Brightness on the mountains triumphs in the region
Longed by the followers, foretold legends of the mountains
Millions now return to the flock, visions foretold
Visions flow from the mountain to the desert
Flowers blooming in the spring, visions of God
Touching blooms, streams flowing, grasses so soft and green
Shout from the mountain tops, your glory, echoes of God
Birds mingle, doves glowing, singing tunes, touching God’s hand
Seen from all the lands, from the oceans to the islands
Praise to the Father of all, from the tops of the mountains
Songs and tunes followed all
To Father God

Amen in the name of Jesus

Luke 3:5 Every valley will be lifted up, and all the mountains and hills made low, and the twisted will be made straight, and the rough ways smooth;

Matthew 2:10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy.

Matthew 5:12 Be joyful and triumphant, because your reward is great in the Heavens; for so were the Prophets before you persecuted.

  2. Loved the Melody in your Verse Bj, I often wake up to the sound of Birds singing, I’m sure they are saying good Morning Anne although no doubt some are saying what’s for breakfast.

Yes we can rejoice Bj that we are not alone no matter how rocky the road, no we don’t have to be Happy Clappy about what we suffer but with Jesus as our guide we have His assurance that we can face tomorrow without fleshy fear and so we rejoice in His Love, Mercy Grace and Compassion.

Isaiah 43:1-3 – Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour.”

Christian Love from both of us – Anne.
